What Are the Details of the Cash Rebate?
It’s Simple! If you use Buyer's Advantage as your broker, at closing we give you a check for 30% of our commission, up to 1% of the purchase price of your new home. No gimmicks, no hidden costs or surprises, just a simple check for 30% of the commission we receive up to 1% of the sale price of your new home!*
So, if the commission that we are paid is 2.5% of the purchase price, you will receive a rebate check for .75% of the purchase price.
EXAMPLE:
Home purchase price: $400,000
Cooperating Commission: 2.5%
Commission paid to Buyer's Advantage: $10,000 ($400,000 x 2.5%)
Rebate check amount: $3,000 ($10,000 x 30%)
For the majority of properties in the Chicagoland area the seller compensates the buyer's broker 2.5%. This compensation is called the "cooperating commission" and is advertised in the MLS for each property. We will make sure you know exactly what the cooperating commission is for each property you see.
Use it to buy a couch, a big screen TV, remodel the kitchen, or simply put
it in the bank for a rainy day!
*Rebate policy subject to change. Please call to discuss all details.

A recent
study by U.S. Sprint found that 232 relocating Sprint
employees who hired buyer's brokers paid an average of 91% of
a home's list price. People who use traditional agents
typically pay about 96%.
On a house
originally priced at $300,000, that's a difference of $15,000!
“Confide to a
traditional real estate broker that you're prepared to bid as
much as $250,000 on a house, and the broker may tip off the
seller. Tell a buyer broker, and the seller will never
know.”
